We keep every job to a practiced routine so nothing gets handed off and lost. Meet, design, install.
Design
Matt Hensley draws the plan himself. Materials, layout, and grade, worked out so you can see the whole space before we break ground.
Install
One crew builds it, from base prep to the last swept joint. Matt runs the job start to finish, so the person who designed it is the person on site.

Our story
A family business since 2004
Outlook Hardscape is a local, family-owned company, founded in 2004 and run by the Hensley family. For more than twenty years we have built outdoor living spaces across the Kansas City area, and our crew carries over 100 years of combined experience between them.
Matt Hensley meets, designs, and manages every project himself, alongside president Tammy Hensley and lead foreman Randy Kroencke. The same people you meet at the first visit are the ones on your patio the day it is finished. We are ICPI certified, and we take real pride in the workmanship that goes into every stone.
